Scope of works
- Full façade superheated steam clean.
- Complete external façade survey.
- Removal and replacement of defective timber sash windows, all detailed and manufactured to match existing.
- Overhaul of remaining sash windows, including replacement of sashes, cords, pulleys, timber splice repairs as necessary and all adjustments.
- Modification of existing window sill detail to aid with rainwater management, including brickwork repointing to match existing.
- Glass polishing to previously damaged glazing units.
- Redecoration to windows and doors.
