Our story

Lilstone is a family-run restoration and building company based in Enfield. It started out as a restoration subcontractor in 1997, maintaining historic structures across London and the home counties.

Over the last 20 years, it has built its business up on the guiding principles of good management and a strong collaborative relationship with its team of skilled tradesmen – both of which are key to the successful delivery of complex and demanding projects.

Lilstone’s restoration background has given the company the platform to develop, diversify and grow. As a result, the business has evolved in response to client needs by incorporating main contractor services into its proposition.

It has now become a fully established multi-disciplinary operation, but maintains its focus on prestige projects and the core values it developed as a restoration subcontractor.
