Scope of works

• Removal of defective stone paving to the front entrances, including phasing works to maintain access, laying of specialist thin-set external screed and installation of large format porcelain tiles, to match existing lines and profiles.
• Remodelling of lower ground rear entrances, including: removal of reinforced concrete paving and replacing with new resin bound gravel and associated substrate; forming of new planters and applying render finishes to new scheme, including all necessary detailing.
• Structural concrete repairs to the external staircases.
• Supply and fit of new customised bronze signage to rear entrances.
• Full redecoration of both the external stairwells and internal lift lobbies.
