Scope of works

• Supply and design of new mechanical and electrical installations, including new air conditioning throughout.
• Extensive strip out of existing finishes and services installation.
• Replacement of existing roof covering and upgrade of insulation.
• Full restoration of front and rear façades, including refurbishment of existing sash windows and doors.
• Design, manufacture and installation of custom joinery units to bathrooms, kitchen and reception.
• Replacement of internal doors to FD30 fire doors using custom-made leafs to suit varied opening sizes.
• Repair and refinish of all existing solid wood floors and installation of new floor finishes to all other areas.
• Extensive full internal decorations.
