Scope of works
- Installation of new liquid membrane waterproofing system to penthouse terrace, removing existing defective decking and installing new composite decking system on completion of roofworks.
- Overhaul of existing joinery.
- Redecoration of all external elements including render, windows, doors, railings and rainwater pipes.
- External masonry repairs, including removal and reinstatement of defective render, brick replacements, Helifix crack repairs and repointing works.
- Decorations to rear elevation undertaken by specialist abseil team owing to restrictive access.
