Scope of works

• Careful soft strip out, retaining and protecting all listed fabric.
• Removal of existing electrical and mechanical installations throughout.
• Installation of new mechanical and electrical services in a sympathetic manner so as not to disturb or damage any of the listed elements.
• Installation of new Lutron lighting & blind control, audio visual and data distribution systems throughout.
• Formation of new full height glazed structure to rear, including zinc roof finishes and minimalist bespoke steel and glass entrance steps.
• Extensive joinery repairs and French polishing to all historic fireplaces, internal doors and feature panelling.
• Structural repairs to existing fabric and floors.
